Our dedicated Hometown Swing associate will promptly contact you to schedule a convenient time for a visit. During this on-site consultation, we'll discuss installation details, mark the site, and formalize the agreement, ensuring every aspect is tailored to your preferences.

Installation typically occurs within a single day, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read the following warranty information carefully.
- Lumber Warranty: We provide a comprehensive 10-year warranty on all lumber components of our swing sets. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
- Other Components Warranty: All swing-related components are covered by a 2-year warranty. This includes swings, chains, and any associated hardware. We guarantee these components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the specified warranty period.
- Add-Ons Warranty: Any add-ons or accessories, such as lighting fixtures, are covered by a 1-year warranty. This warranty ensures that these additional features are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Warranty Limitations:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications. Any alterations made to the product by the customer voids the warranty. Our warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner of the swing set. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship, but it does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
